What's inside the apartment?
- This personally designed and furnished 1.5 Room Flat (approx. 45 sqm), on the first Floor, is part of a beautiful Neubau Complex. The Vacation Flat has bright rooms and is fully furnished.
- Thank the Elevator – there's no need for carrying suitcases!
- The Home Unit is equipped lovingly with all what you need for living: a comfortable Living room area with a cosey sofa (which opens to a good sleeping sofa), a couch table, Cable-TV, CD-Radio, Wardrobe and Dining area.
- The Bedroom, equipped wth a good double bed, offers a view through a glass into the closed warm Winter-Garden Balcony, which is accessible through the Living room. Here is the place for relaxation!
- The American fitted kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, oven, refrigirator, Microwave, Coffe Machine, Hot water heater, Toaster, Dishwasher, and all what's needed: pottery and cutlery, glasses, etc...
- Separate Bathroom with Shower, Toilet and washbasin.
- Prices include all indirect costs (electricity, water, central heating) – the use of towls, bedcloths, hair drier and iron and also included!
- The Apartment is optimal for 2 Guests – but also for 3!
- For the hot summer – we also got Aircondition!
Service/ Exstras
- Internet connection (flat and mobile in the whole city) via UMTS – can be arranged after prior agreement, for only 5 Euro per day.
- Pick up service from the Airport (Schönefeld= 40,- €, Tegel= 30,- € )
- Inexpensive Bicycle Rentals around the corner!
- Especially convenient is the fact that accross our house is a nice Supermarket, a Laundry Room and an original Italian Restaurant.
Location of our Vacation Flat
Our Apartment is located in the quiet and sunny Eisenzahnstrasse,
only 5 minutes by foot from the famous Kurfürstendamm, Adenauerplatz
crossing, where you can find many different Restaurants, Bars, Cinemas
and Theaters.
Olivaer Platz, Lehniner Platz and Savigny Platz, with their smaller
and bigger stores and cafes are reachable by a short walk.
Traffic connections from our Holiday Flat
Nearby our Apartment are optimal Traffic connections via Buses, Underground at Adenauerplatz Station, S-trains at Charlottenburg. There's the Airport-Bus from Tegel Airport going directly to Adenauerplatz (which is 5 minutes by foot). To the Zoo Train Station or to the Exhibition area (Messegelaende) at the Funkturm it's apprx. 10 minutes. In addition, the Autobahn connection (Highway) is via Rathenauplatz, approx. 3 minutes by car.

Underground Station (U-Bahnhof) "Konstanzer Strasse" – approx. 200 meters away.
Underground Station (U-Bahnhof) "Adenauerplatz – approx. 300 meters away.
There are plenty of public parking places nearby the house.

The Zoologische Garden (the Zoo), the famous Kurfürstendamm Avenue, the Gedächtniskirche (Kaiser-Wilhelm Memorial Church), the Aquarium, the old known Department Store KaDeWe, the open Swimming-Pool Wilmersdorf, "The Story of Berlin" (Multimedia Exhibition), and many more.

From 55€ to 105€ depend of number of Guests/Nights and seasons.
Additional 28,- € for end cleaning and 100,- € security.

* During Holidays and several Congressions/Exhibitions (taking place
in Berlin) there will be a raise in price of between 20% - 30%.
