§1- Rental agreement
By your written Information request – you agree to our POLICY. The
Rent Agreement is binding as soon as the Guest has sent a Reservation,
paid 30% of the agreed upon amount and Suite Holiday Apartments
have confirmed the Reservation.

The confirmation of the Reservation by us, will be made primarily
after the prepayment of 30% by the Guest. The prepayment should
be done no longer than a week from Reservation. (the Bank details
will be sent per Email after Reservation). The incoming Reservation
via Email, Fax or Post is binding, and the Confirmation will be
sent by Email.
§2- Cancellation of the contract / booking
Cancellation will be accepted via written form only. In case of
Cancellation of the Reservation, the Guest is committed to pay the
following fees to Suite Holiday Apartments:
1. if cancelled up to 2 months before Rent Begin: 30% of the agreed
upon rent price.
2. if cancelled up to 14 days before Rent Begin: 50 % of the agreed
upon rent price.
3. if cancelled later: 100% of the agreed upon rent price.
After the Renting period begins, and the Guest needs to leave earlier
than the reserved date – no refund will be made.
4. The guest is committed to pay for the whole reserved period of
time.
In any case the Apartment is not available for the reserved period, Suite Holiday Apartments is committed to pay the already paid amount back to the Guest.
Cancellation is to be done only in written form (email, post, Fax).
§3- Arrival
Before Arrival to Berlin, the Guests must let us know at least
24 hours before - the time of your arrival to the Apartment.
Approx. 45 minutes before Arrival to the Apartment – please call
us – so we will be waiting for you as you arrive to the Apartment.
On Arrival to the Apartment, we will deliver you the keys and give
you a short introduction about the Apartment and it's equipment.
The apartment is at your disposal the day of arrival from 14 p.m.
on and has to be cleared by 11 a.m.
§4- Payment
Full payment for the total nights reserved and the confirmed duration
(+Deposit) is to be made in cash on Arrival day.
In case of any last minute further Guests which will be staying
at the Apartment – should be informed about to Suite Holiday Apartments
at least 24 hours before Arrival and Payment for them should be
done.
§5- Usage of the Apartment
During the time of Rent, the Guests are liable for any self inducted
Damage to the Apartment. The Owner of the Apartments will not be
held responsible for any temporary fault of equipment pieces, public
services, elevator, etc., any rebate is excluded.
In case of loss of the Apartment keys the guest will be liable with
a fee of 150€, because the cylinder must be replaced.
The Owners are permitted, in case of a need, such as Repairs or
other Problems – to enter the Apartment to take care of the problems.
The Owner is not responsible for any loss of priced objects. Any
use of the Apartments objects, stairs, elevator, etc. is at the
own risk of the guest.
§6- Rules of the house
We kindly ask you to act according to the general customs as tenants of a Respectful Building. Please avoid any disturbing noise to our neighbors. This holds true for the stairway as well.
Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. In case of disregard
of this Policy, the Owner is permitted to withdraw the availability
of the apartment without any rebate.
§7- Animals
Animals are unfortunately not allowed in the Apartments.
§8- Final cleaning
In addition to the full payment of the rental duration, a € 25,-
final cleaning fee is obligatory..
§9- Deposit
On Arrival, the Guest is obliged to deposit 100 Euro, which in case of no problems or damage – will be returned to the Guest on Departure day.
